Threat of a lawsuit
Patrick suing us?
In today's mail: If I don't remove personal information about Patrick and his family by June 4, 2010, the attorney Patrick hired will advise Patrick to take us to court for violating privacy laws.

How is telling your story violating his privacy? Can't you just put some kind of disclaimer? This is so maddening!! Why doesn't he come clean about all of his victims and then maybe this blog wouldn't have to be here.
I keep thinking about this one... on what grounds is this a violation? Now that you've switched over the pictures, I have trouble seeing how any of this is legally actionable.
Gina~ Unfortunately I do not know the privacy laws in Washington state. It does seem quite wrong that Patrick would have any grounds what so ever to even consider threatening to sue one of his victim's families. Suing us for what? Telling the truth!

It will be interesting to see how his case holds up in front of God.
