I answered every question on the interrogatories which are basically discovery questions that are asked in lawsuits. I gave detailed information including handing over numerous private e-mails along with other documentation. I never once used the 5th Amendment to cop out of answering a difficult question. I want all to be known...even if it means, by some chance, I have done something wrong (which I do not believe I have) other than use some strong profanity at times. I thought long and hard about conversations and included what I could recall. I didn't even consider pleading the 5th amendment.
I just can't make this stuff up!

It does become UNBELIEVABLE. After we had our depositions taken, hours and hours of questions - the lawyers for the Christian org. we sued asked for all our computers because they thought we were hiding something. What could we possibly have on our computers that would incriminate us? Clear sexual exploitation, with the perp admitting it all in his depo, where he was also caught lying numerous times within the same depo. They dropped the court order and agreed to begin negociations after the judge approved our lawyers request for all sexual misconduct documentation since I think it was 2000. UNBELIEVABLE. I am praying for you guys. You will get through it someday, but life will never be the same. You just adjust to the new normal. love you.
